RHH : Product Description and Specifications
Designated for industrial raceways and conduits, the RHH series features premium Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulation rated for continuous operation at 90°C in Dry Locations. Available with Soft Annealed Copper или 8000 Series Aluminum Alloy conductors (ASTM B800/B801), this cable supports voltage ratings of 600V and 2000V. Производственные процессы кабеля UL
JOCA производит провода UL, используя полностью автоматизированный рабочий процесс. Цикл синхронизирует вытяжку и скручивание меди с точным экструдированием ПВХ или XLPE. Вместо ожидания проверок после производства мы используем непрерывный встроенный мониторинг с использованием датчиков диаметра лазера и искровых тестеров для мгновенного устранения дефектов. Для многоядерных вариантов линия обрабатывает кабельное, экранирование и оболочку в соответствии с точными спецификациями. Перед отправкой каждая партия подвергается окончательным электрическим и механическим проверкам для проверки полного соответствия стандартам UL.
