JOCA produceert UL-draden met behulp van een volledig geautomatiseerde workflow De cyclus synchroniseert koper trekken en stranden met precieze PVC of XLPE extrusie. In plaats van te wachten op postproductiecontroles, gebruiken wij continue inline monitoring1. Laserdiametermeters en vonktesters om defecten onmiddellijk op te sporen. Voor varianten met meerdere kernen verwerkt de lijn bekabeling, afscherming en mantel volgens exacte specificaties. Vóór verzending wordt elke batch geconfronteerd met definitieve elektrische en mechanische inspecties om de volledige naleving ervan te verifiëren UL-normen.
