15kV Spaced Aerial Cable (SAC). Direka khusus untuk Overhead Distribution Networks on pole infrastructure.

Engineering Constitution: The assembly utilizes Compact Stranded Hard-Drawn Aluminum conductors to maximize longitudinal tensile modulus, minimizing sag on long spans. The dielectric layer features a specialized Black Track-Resistant XLPE sheath. This formulation is chemically engineered to stop electrical surface tracking and prevent UV degradation, ensuring operational stability in high-exposure outdoor environments.

Kestabilan proses bergantung pada tatasusunan sensor terbenam yang menjejaki parameter penyemperitan dalam masa nyata, menghapuskan varians manual. Pengesahan kualiti dikuatkuasakan melalui perkakasan dalam talian tertentu, termasuk tolok diameter laser dwi paksi dan penguji percikan voltan tinggi, manakala makmal fizikal menjalankan analisis tegangan dan pemanjangan yang merosakkan untuk mengesahkan pematuhan piawaian antarabangsa sebelum penghantaran.
