The AAC 1350 is a high-conductivity solution engineered for overhead power lines. At JOCA, we build these conductors using concentric lay stranded 1350-H19 aluminum alloy. Depending on your span and tension requirements, the cable comes in either single-layer or multi-layer configurations. Procese de producție ale conductoarelor goale aeriene
JOCA operează o linie de producție digitalizată special pentru fabricarea conductoarelor goale deasupra capului. Fluxul procesului începe cu inspecția tijei de aluminiu brut, deplasându-se prin trefilarea de mare viteză a sârmei și eșuarea de precizie într-un singur mediu urmărit de date. Pentru a preveni defectele, am integrat senzori inteligenți care monitorizează diametrul și netezimea suprafeței fiecărui strat de conductor în timp real. Această configurație automată utilizează tehnologia de măsurare cu laser pentru a impune respectarea strictă a standardelor ASTM, IEC și BS. A: It really comes down to the core material. AAC is 100% aluminum—super light and great for conductivity, but it isn’t built for high tension. ACSR, on the other hand, has that steel center to handle the heavy pulling over long distances.

A: Honestly? Not a good idea. Pure aluminum tends to sag too much when the gap is wide. If you’ve got a long span, go with ACSR or even AAAC instead. You need that extra mechanical “backbone.”

A: Exactly. We stick to a minimum 99.5% purity. It’s the “sweet spot” for overhead lines—conducts electricity efficiently while staying flexible enough so the wire doesn’t snap during stranding.
Q: Will it hold up near the ocean?
A: Yes, it’s surprisingly tough against salt air. Aluminum forms a natural oxide skin that blocks corrosion. In high-humidity coastal spots, AAC (and AAAC) usually outlasts steel-based cables.
Q: What's the maintenance schedule like?
A: Very low-key. Once they’re up on the poles, you can mostly forget about them. The metal resists oxidation on its own, so there’s no need for constant checkups.
Q: How do you guys pack these for shipping?
A: We use standard treated wooden reels. They are sealed tight to stop any scratches or “pre-oxidation” before the cable even gets to your site. It arrives ready for the crew to pull.
Q: Can I install these in city networks or just rural areas?
A: They work fine for both, but AAC is a favorite for urban distribution where the spans are shorter and you want to keep the weight on the poles as low as possible.
