The UL2517 is engineered specifically for instrumentation environments requiring higher thermal endurance than standard data cables. Rated for continuous operation at 105°C, it addresses the heat accumulation often found in compact control housings, medical devices, and high-density industrial panels. Unlike lower-rated alternatives, the insulation maintains its physical integrity without softening or deforming under sustained thermal stress.

Structurally, the cable utilizes a “Dual-PVC” protection system. The heat-resistant inner insulation secures the conductors, while the rugged outer PVC jacket guards against mechanical pinching and abrasion during installation. For applications requiring high signal fidelity, the optional Aluminum Foil and Tinned Copper Braid shielding creates an effective barrier against EMI, ensuring precise data transmission even in electrically noisy factory settings.

JOCA produce fire UL folosind un flux de lucru complet automatizat. Ciclul sincronizează desenul și eșuarea cuprului cu extrudarea precisă din PVC sau XLPE. În loc să așteptăm verificări de post-producție, folosim monitorizare continuă în linie folosind indicatori de diametru laser și teste de scântei pentru a detecta instantaneu defectele. Pentru variantele cu mai multe nuclee, linia gestionează cablarea, ecranarea și mantaua conform specificațiilor exacte. Înainte de expediere, fiecare lot se confruntă cu inspecții electrice și mecanice finale pentru a verifica conformitatea deplină cu standardele UL.
