A: It’s about resilience. PVC gets stiff and can crack when it hits freezing temps, but our rubber (EPR/PCP) stays flexible even down to -25°C. Also, rubber is a thermoset material—it doesn’t melt or deform easily when it touches hot surfaces or tools, which happens a lot on industrial sites.

 

Q: Can I leave these in water or outdoors?

 A: Yes. The Neoprene (PCP) outer sheath is designed exactly for that. It’s inherently resistant to UV and ozone, so it won’t rot in the sun. For water, many of our specs meet AD8 submersion standards, meaning they are safe for drainage pumps or wet construction pits.

 

Q: What’s the voltage rating?

 A: The standard heavy-duty H07RN-F series is rated for 450/750V. If you are looking for welding cables (H01N2-D), those are rated at 100V. Always verify the equipment voltage first, but for general 3-phase power, the H07RN-F is the standard.

Q: What certifications do you carry?

A: We manufacture strictly to IEC 60245 and the European EN 50525-2-21 norms. This isn’t just about paperwork; it guarantees the cable meets the required mechanical pull strength and fire retardancy tests.

 

Q: Will oil or chemicals damage the jacket?

 A: No. The PCP sheath is chemically robust. It resists mineral oils, greases, and most industrial solvents. This makes them the standard choice for automotive workshops or factory floors where oil spills are common.
