Q:What is the difference between your Electrical Cables and Power Cables?

A: Application & Voltage.

  • Power Cables: Primarily engineered for utility grids and high-voltage transmission/distribution.

  • Electrical Cables: Designed specifically for low-voltage (LV) residential, commercial, and industrial wiring. They prioritize flexibility, ease of stripping/routing, and compliance with building safety codes (e.g., PVC/XLPE wiring).

Q: What conductor materials do you use?

A: 100% Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC). We adhere to a strict “No-CCA” (Copper Clad Aluminum) policy. Our electrical cables utilize only >99.9% High-Conductivity Oxygen-Free Copper. This ensures maximum conductivity, lower resistance, and safety against overheating, significantly outperforming CCA alternatives.

Q: Are your cables flame retardant?

A: Customizable Safety Levels. Yes. Depending on the installation environment, we offer:

  • Flame Retardant: Compliant with IEC 60332 (prevents fire spread).

  • Fire Resistant: Compliant with IEC 60331 (circuit integrity during fire).

  • LSZH: Low Smoke Zero Halogen for public spaces (hospitals, schools) to eliminate toxic fumes.

Q: What voltage ratings are covered?

A: Low Voltage Range.

  • Building Wire: 300/500V, 450/750V.

  • Industrial Control: Up to 0.6/1kV. (Fully suitable for standard lighting, socket, and distribution circuits).

Q: Can you manufacture to specific country standards?

A: Global Compliance. While our standard production follows IEC specifications, we frequently manufacture electrical cables compliant with BS (British), UL (American), VDE (German), and AS/NZS standards to meet your local project regulations.

Q:Packaging & Shipping Protection?

A: Seaworthy Export Packaging.

  • Bulk Orders: Wound on fumigated wooden drums or reinforced plywood reels.

  • Retail Coils: Palletized with waterproof shrink-wrapping. All packaging is engineered to withstand moisture and physical impact during sea freight.

A: Rigidity vs. Flexibility (IEC 60228).

  • Solid (Class 1): Rigid and cost-effective. Best for permanent, fixed installations (e.g., plaster walls).

  • Stranded (Class 2 / Class 5): Composed of multiple thin wires. Class 5 offers superior flexibility, making it ideal for routing through complex conduits and vibration-prone machinery.

Q: Do you offer shielded electrical cables?

A: EMI/RFI Protection. Yes. For sensitive applications (control/instrumentation), we offer shielding options including Aluminum Foil and Tinned Copper Braid. These effectively block Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) to ensure signal precision.
