High-Flexibility Flat Traveling Cable for Elevators & Cranes

  • Conductor: Meets GB/T 3956 Class 5 conductor standard (Flexible Copper).

  • Insulation: PVC/D type PVC compound insulation.

  • Sheath Material: PVC/ST5 special PVC compound.

  • Sheath Color: Black or Gray (RAL7001).

  • Applicable Standards: GB/T 5023.6, IEC 60227-6, EN 50214, Enterprise Standard.

  • Rated Voltage: 300/500V (For nominal conductor cross-section <= 1mm²).

  • Test Voltage:

    • Rated 300/500V (Insulation thickness <= 0.6mm): 1500V; Finished cable test voltage: 2000V.

    • Rated 450/750V (Insulation thickness > 0.6mm): 2500V; Finished cable test voltage: 2500V.

  • Minimum Bending Radius: Not less than 6 times the cable’s smaller side.

  • Temperature Range: -15°C to +70°C.

  • Static Torsion Test: Complies with GB/T 5023.2 3.5.

  • Flame Retardant Test: Pass GB/T 18380 test.
