    Production Processes Of UL cable

JOCA produces UL wires using a fully automated workflow. The cycle synchronizes copper drawing and stranding with precise PVC or XLPE extrusion. Instead of waiting for post-production checks, we employ continuous inline monitoring—using laser diameter gauges and spark testers to catch defects instantly. For multi-core variants, the line handles cabling, shielding, and jacketing to exact specifications. Before shipping, every batch faces final electrical and mechanical inspections to verify full compliance with UL standards.

Have more questions?

Easily get started by finding the answers to commonly asked questions about our company and services.

Q: What are the available voltage ratings?

A: Multi-Voltage Rated. Available in 600V, 1000V, and 2000V to support diverse industrial power distribution grids.

Q: Conductor material specifications?

A: Soft Annealed Copper.

  • Config: Solid or Class B Compressed Stranding.

  • Standard: Complies with ASTM B3 and B8.

Q: Insulation type and advantages?

A: XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene). Provides superior thermal stability and chemical resistance compared to standard PVC options.

Q:Is it suitable for Direct Burial?

A: Raceways & Conduits. Designed primarily for installation in recognized raceways. Not rated for direct earth burial unless installed inside protective conduits.

Q: What is the difference between H07RN-F and PVC cables?

A: Crucially, H07RN-F outperforms PVC cables in harsh environments. Specifically, the rubber insulation retains flexibility even at freezing temperatures (-25°C), whereas PVC often becomes brittle. Furthermore, the cross-linked rubber structure withstands higher thermal stress and mechanical impact than standard thermoplastic PVC.

Q: Which industry standards does it meet?

A: UL Listed & Compliant.

  • UL 44: Thermoset-Insulated Wires and Cables.

  • ICEA S-95-658: (NEMA WC70).

  • RoHS-2: European Directive 2011/65/EU.

Q: Maximum continuous operating temperature?

A: 75°C. (Wet or Dry conditions).

Q : Can RW75 be installed in cable trays?

A: Yes. Approved for cable trays, conduits, and other raceways for Services, Feeders, and Branch Circuits.
